General principle

The website wc.camp does not collect any personal data automatically. It uses no cookies, no trackers, no third-party analytics tools (Google Analytics, Matomo in statistical mode, Plausible, etc.). No consent banner is needed for this reason.

Email exchanges

When you write to us at info@wc.camp, your email address and the content of your message are processed solely to respond to your request. This data is never used for third-party commercial purposes nor sold. You can request its deletion at any time by writing to the DPO (dpo@privateer.expert).

Retention

Emails relating to a concluded rental are retained for the legal duration applicable to vehicle rental contracts. Emails from enquiries that did not lead to a booking are retained for a maximum of twelve months.

Hosting

The servers hosting this site are operated by Privateer within the European Union. No data is transferred outside the EU.
